If you formed your PLLC, renewed your state business license, or filed an annual list through SilverFlume, there is a new place to do it. The Nevada Secretary of State launched the ORION Business Portal on Monday, September 14, 2026, and SilverFlume has been retired. Here is what that means for Nevada providers.

What Changed

  • ORION replaced SilverFlume on September 14, 2026. Both systems were offline from 5:00 PM on September 9 until ORION came online at 5:00 AM on the 14th.
  • Only the new forms are accepted. Forms previously used in SilverFlume are no longer accepted in ORION.
  • The rollout was phased. An updated Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) platform came first, followed by business licensing, marks, and notary services moving into ORION.
  • The state describes the new portal as a simpler, more secure way to file, with faster document processing and fewer unnecessary steps.

What Stays the Same

Your existing SilverFlume username and password work in ORION, and your historical data was migrated to the new system. You do not need to start over or re-create your business profile.

Before Your Next Filing

  • Log in once to confirm your credentials work and your entity information came across correctly.
  • Use the current forms from the ORION information page. Older saved or downloaded SilverFlume forms will not be accepted.
  • Double-check that your entity name matches exactly across your state filing, EIN, bank account, and Clark County license. Our Nevada provider setup guide explains why this matters.
  • Confirm that the business address on file is a real, professional address for your practice rather than your home address. Your Elite Medical Suites address works for this.
  • Expect longer hold times on the state's customer service line right after a launch like this, and use email support where you can.

Go to the ORION Portal

Start on the Secretary of State's official ORION Business Portal Information page for the portal and the current forms. You can also browse all of the Secretary of State's business services at nvsos.gov/businesses.

Where Elite Medical Suites Fits In

Every ORION filing, from forming your PLLC to renewing your state business license, asks for a business address. Elite Medical Suites gives you a real, inspectable medical address so your filings, EIN, and Clark County license all point to the same professional location. Questions about setting up your practice entity? Our team is happy to point you in the right direction.
