With our Henderson location on the way, one question keeps coming up: do I need access to both? A dual-location membership gives you a satellite office for one fee - $579 per month instead of $658 for two separate memberships - but it's built for a specific kind of provider. Here's how to tell if that's you.

You're Growing Beyond One Part of the Valley

If your patients are already coming from both the southwest side of Las Vegas and the Henderson area, seeing them closer to home can cut cancellations and no-shows. Instead of asking patients to cross town, you can meet them where they live and work, and book the location that fits each day's schedule.

You Want to Test a New Market Without a New Lease

Opening a second office the traditional way means a second lease, a second build-out, and a second set of fixed costs before you know whether the market will respond. With one membership covering both locations, you'll be able to try Henderson a day or two a week once it opens and let your own booking data tell you whether to do more. If demand isn't there, you haven't signed anything you need to unwind.

You See Patients on a Split Schedule

Providers who work part-time across several settings, or who rotate between clinic days, procedure days, and consult days, often don't need a full-time room anywhere. Flexible booking across two sites lets you match the room and the location to the type of day you're having instead of paying for space you only use half the time.

When One Location Is Enough

If nearly all of your patients already live near one location and your schedule is steady, a single-location membership at $329 per month is simpler and costs less. You can always add the second location later for an additional $250 per month on top of your current membership, so there's no penalty for starting small and growing into it.

How to Decide

Look at where your last twenty patients live, how often someone has asked for a closer appointment, and whether you've been turning down days because of travel. If the pattern points in two directions, dual-location access is probably worth it. If it doesn't, keep it simple. Either way, our team is happy to talk through which option fits.
