EMS uses a self-check-in model with a virtual receptionist and kiosk. Patients check in digitally on arrival and providers are notified — maintaining privacy, efficiency, and a low-traffic clinical environment.
No strict minimum — same-day bookings are possible based on availability. Book ahead for preferred times. A 6-hour cancellation window applies.
Members avoid long-term leases and high fixed expenses — saving on rent, staffing, utilities, and equipment by paying only for the space and time used. Often reducing overhead by 60% or more versus traditional leases.
Many members register at the location where they actually see patients, and you're welcome to use your EMS suite address for credentialing and registration purposes. Because DEA registration is location-specific and depends on how you handle controlled substances, we recommend confirming the details with the DEA and your own compliance advisor before you register. You remain responsible for ensuring your registration accurately reflects your practice.
It depends on how you use the space. The DEA generally ties a registration to each location where a practitioner stores, administers, or dispenses controlled substances. If you only see patients and write prescriptions without keeping controlled substances on-site, the requirements can differ. Because these rules are nuanced and can change, please verify your specific situation directly with the DEA and your compliance counsel — EMS does not provide legal or regulatory determinations.
Our exam and consultation rooms are shared, flexible spaces, so storing or administering controlled substances is subject to facility policy and applicable DEA requirements. If your practice involves either, please coordinate with our team in advance and confirm the requirements with the DEA so we can determine what's possible within your membership.

Exam and consultation rooms are private and used by one provider at a time, the facility network is firewalled and secure, and digital self-check-in keeps the waiting area low-traffic and discreet. As the treating provider, you remain responsible for your own HIPAA compliance and patient records.
Yes. Janitorial service keeps the facility clean, and a short buffer between reservations allows for smooth transitions. Members are also asked to leave rooms tidy and ready for the next provider.
Elite Medical Suites welcomes a wide range of licensed medical and wellness professionals — physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, chiropractors, aesthetic and wellness providers, and more. If you're unsure whether your practice is a fit, just ask our team.
Yes. You can add a provider or staff member from your practice to a room booking so they have access for that reserved time, and Medical Assistant services are also available to book as needed.
