These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Elite Medical Suites website and services by members, licensees, and visitors.
Membership & Access
An active License Agreement is required to access password-protected areas. We accept credit/debit cards and ACH; timely payments are required to maintain access.
Member Directory
A member directory is maintained for networking purposes. Members may opt out via email.
Intellectual Property
Both parties retain their respective intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not modify the site, send spam, or attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the services.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is capped at the lesser of actual damages or payments made in the prior six months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada; disputes will be resolved in Las Vegas, NV. See also our Privacy Policy.
