Elite Medical Suites is expanding. In addition to our original location in Southwest Las Vegas, we're opening a second Elite Medical Suites in Henderson, NV — bringing the same flexible, fully equipped medical coworking model to more providers across the valley. The new location is still being finalized, but the plan is the same one that's worked in Las Vegas: fully furnished exam, therapy, and wellness rooms that any licensed provider can book by the hour, part-time, or full-time, without a long-term lease or a six-figure build-out.
Why Henderson
Henderson isn't a random pick. It's one of the fastest-growing cities in the Las Vegas valley, now home to roughly 360,000+ residents and still climbing — up more than 13% since the 2020 census. Population growth on that scale creates real, sustained demand for patient care, and it's compounded by a statewide shortage: Nevada ranks near the bottom nationally for physicians and primary care providers per capita, with an estimated shortfall of roughly 2,500 physicians across the state.
At the same time, Henderson's medical office market — concentrated around the Green Valley and Seven Hills corridor along I-215 — has kept growing alongside it, with strong, stable demand from medical tenants and expanding outpatient care networks. More residents and a stretched provider base means more independent practices are needed to close the gap. That's exactly the kind of market EMS is built for.

A second location means more clinical rooms, more availability, and more flexibility for the independent providers we serve — without changing anything about how EMS works. Every Henderson suite will be fully equipped and patient-ready from day one, with the same month-to-month membership options that let a practice scale up or down as it grows, and no long-term lease standing between a provider and seeing patients.
It also means more room for the kind of community EMS was built around — physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, aesthetics and wellness providers, and every specialty in between — now with a Henderson option close to home for providers and patients on that side of the valley.
